root and ritual community offerings

Beyond tattooing, root + ritual also serves as a warm gathering place for connection, reflection, and community nourishment. Each month we host seasonal gatherings, workshops, collaborative events, meditation circles and cacao circles, as well as off-site group immersions.

We believe in creating a space where every individual can connect more deeply with themselves and like-minded community.

Cacao Circle

Cacao is a sacred connector that weaves us back into the heart, the web of life and into deeper connection with one another.

We gather together to share this medicine in a way that is simple, sacred, and full of intention. Together, we will commune with cacao, open our hearts, and create a space for connection, reflection, and whatever miracles may wish to come through!

This August Cacao Circle falls on the Full Moon Lunar Eclipse — a powerful threshold that invites reflection and transformation. We are also nearing the end of the Summer in our Northern Hemisphere, slowly beginning our descent into the more introspective season of Autumn.

You are warmly invited to join this circle with an open heart and your intention. Together we will allow the spirit of cacao to guide us deeper into love, presence, and possibility!

Ceremonial cacao is crafted from heirloom native cacao beans sourced directly from native lands and farming families. It is minimally processed using traditional methods and prepared with deep reverence, intention & integrity through every step of the process.

We will be gathering by the Farmington River for this circle in New Hartford, CT. Pre-circle preparation & guidance will be emailed one week before our circle together.

Our cacao circles are an opportunity to come together, to listen and be guided by the heart. Come be nourished by community and the healing spirit of cacao. Seasonal circles — including solstice drum journeys — gather in New Hartford, often by the Farmington River.
